SILVER SPRINGS, FL, NOV. 1, 2006 – The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Ocala) for Florida’s Sixth Congressional District. The NRA-PVF gives Stearns an A+ rating as “an incumbent with not only an excellent voting record on critical NRA issues, but who has also made a vigorous effort to promote the Second Amendment.” Stearns is one of only two Florida House candidates to receive the A+ rating.

“I took an oath to defend and preserve the Constitution, and that includes our Second Amendment rights,” said Stearns. “These rights are under constant assault, requiring vigilance in protecting them. I am grateful for the efforts of the NRA-PVF in helping me preserve these rights.”
