Congressman Stearns joins fellow military veteran Republican House Members during a March 2008 press conference where the Members of Congress endorsed Senator John McCain for president. Speaking at the microphone is Congressman Sam Johnson of Texas who spent time along with Sen. McCain in the infamous Hanoi Hilton as a POW during the Vietnam War.
This group of Congressman Cliff Stearns supporters held a petition drive this spring and helped collect nearly 6,000 signatures to place Congressman Stearns on the November ballot as our Republican candidate for U.S. Representative.
